REGISTRATION
We appreciate your interest in registering for the IGBO 2010 Mid-Year Tournament.
Entry fee is $99. Entries received after September 25 will be assessed a $10 late fee. Please note that we are using a 4-PERSON TEAM format.
You may wish to review the Master Schedule and think about which optional events you would like to participate in and side trips you would like to take.
ATTENTION DC-AREA BOWLERS:
As you consider signing up for Mid-Year 2010 being held here in November 10-15, please think about bowling on a shift on Thursday evening or Friday during the day. Since you are local, it is easier for you to bowl these shifts.
We have a lot of people coming in from out of town and would like to maximize availability for them to have Friday evening and Saturday shifts.
Of course, I understand we all have work and this might not be possible, but if it is an option for you, it would help. I'm not at all asking for you to only bowl at those times, but if you could choose 1 of your 2 shifts then, it would be appreciated.
And it frees up more time for you to attend the other fantastic events: Women's Social, Hospitality Suite, seeing some AIDS quilt panels, going to Mt. Vernon with friends and so on.

NOTE: You will need the following information handy when you are registering:
- Average sheets for all teammates as of May 31, 2010. Average verification documents may be submitted via mail to the address above, via e-mail to registration@igbomy2010.org or via fax to 480.287.8303.
- Names of all teammates
- Addresses of all teammates
- USBC/Canadian bowling association membership numbers for all teammates
- League info: Secretary's name, phone number and e-mail address
- Are you or any of your teammates using a free entry? You will need the code in the lower right corner of the certificate to redeem the free entry
- Shift preferences
- Optional event choices (i.e., Optional Scratch, Scratch Masters, etc.)
- Optional side trips and events choices
- Is anyone on your team an armed forces veteran?
- Will any of your teammates need transportation?
- Will you be attending the banquet on Sunday, November 14?
We will accept all entries, from one to four persons. We will do our best to accommodate and fill incomplete teams taking into account your shift preferences.
Instructions for splitting teams so they may bowl during two different Singles/Doubles shifts:
This can be done, but the doubles pair with the team captain needs to register first, make a note in the "Entry Comments" field stating the names of your other teammates and state that you would like to bowl S/D Shift __. Then forward your Entry ID code to the other doubles pair. They need to insert the Entry ID code in the "Entry Comments" field from the bowlers who initially registered. This way we will be able to match all four bowlers together and satisfy your requests.
